customers that would otherwise seem to risky. My responsibilities
included growing a book of business for QBE Trade Indemnity in Qld,
being familiar with economic trends and the perils of foreign
trade. My clients included mining companies, manufacturers,
construction companies and wholesale exporters.
Aon serviced their
large corporate clients from their global strategies office in
Brisbane. I assisted with the development of insurance programs
for clients such as Queensland Rail, Nathan Trailers and
Woodlands Enterprises. I was also directly
responsible for looking after a state wide facility for the Building
Designers Association and developed a tailored insurance program for
professional indemnity and liability insurance risks.
